1999〜2000年の間、エヴァ・アルクラは北海道教育大学に在学し、日本の伝統音楽を学びました。それから約20年。日本とフィンランドの架け橋となって、音楽を通しての文化交流を続けてきました。その間、フィンランドの音楽院で教鞭をとりながら後進の育成をする一方で、常にカンテレに向き合い伝統を踏まえ、現代に寄り添い、未来につなげる革新的な音楽を追い求めてきました。いつもはデュオでの登場が多い日本のコンサートですが、今回のリサイタルは東京に続いて、カンテレの魅力を存分に味わえるエヴァ・アルクラソロコンサートです。第二の故郷、札幌でのコンサートに是非、ご期待ください！
